Upgrade pricing and Annual Support will also be priced per User. |

Big Business Upgrades from the prior version are now $295 per User, including Annual Support. |

Big Business Upgrades from any version before the prior version are now $395 per User, including Annual Support. |

Annual Support is now $99 per User. Annual Support covers unlimited setup support plus three calls times the number of Users, for one year.
A new 3-User Server, for example, includes nine calls in addition to free setup and installation help. |

Unlimited Annual Support is now $149 per User, or $49 per User with a new or upgrade purchase. Unlimited Annual Support covers an unlimited number of calls for support for one year. |
