Big Business Upgrades from any version before the prior version are $395 per User, including Annual Support.

Annual Support is $99 per User. Annual Support covers unlimited setup support plus three calls times the number of Users, for one year. A new 3-User Server, for example, includes nine calls in addition to free setup and installation help.

Unlimited Annual Support is $149 per User, or $49 per User with a new or upgrade purchase. Unlimited Annual Support covers unlimited support for one year.
