Big Business is priced by total Users. You don't need to count computers or individuals who might ever need access, just total Users connecting at one time.

	Big Business is $595 per User and includes a year of Annual Support free. Just multiply by total Users needed and you're in business.
	An Additional User is $595 and can be added with a phone call. Additional Users receive the same support and upgrade benefits as your existing Users.
	Big Business Upgrades from the prior version are $295 times total Users and include one year of Annual Support free.
	Big Business Upgrades from two versions prior are $395 per User and include one year of Annual Support free.
	Annual Support is $99 times total Users for an additional year. The first year is free with New and Upgrade purchases, or $149 times total Users without.
	Per Incident Support without Annual Support coverage is $69 for one topic up to one half-hour. Customizations are $139 per hour and require Annual Support coverage.
