The new Intel Macs running Mac OS X 10.4, Tiger, run Big Business 5.1 without a problem. In fact the Core Duo machines with two processors can run Big Business Server 5.1 and Big Business Client 5.1 together on the same machine without breaking a sweat.
These are the only caveats:
• Mac OS X 10.4, Tiger, requires Big Business 5.0.7 or higher
• Add lots of RAM, 1GB or more, for best performance
• Don't settle for the Core Solo (single processor) if possible
The Intel processor is a small step forward for the iMacs (formerly G5s) and a huge step forward for the Minis and laptops (formerly G4s).
