Solution:
Big Business 5 allows you to Save As PDF directly from the Advanced Print Options (pictured) without using the system Print dialog. Here are some considerations:
Big Business uses the built-in ability of Mac OS X to create an Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF that can be viewed with Preview in OS X or Acrobat Reader for Windows, etc.) without going to the system Print dialog.
Show Print Dialogs should not be checked, unless you want to manually override your chosen Destinations.
Advanced Print Options must be selected in your Notes Preferences under Print Options to display the Destinations and Settings columns pictured.
Using the Printing Preferences (e.g. the Invoice Printing Preferences in the Customer Preferences) you can Hide the forms you don't need, Split the forms you want to list multiple times for different Destinations, and pre-select Printers or Save As PDF in the Destinations column.
The highlighted row in the picture shows one copy of the form to Save As PDF. When OK is clicked, the forms above it will be sent to the default printer (or you can select a specific printer) and a dialog will appear to Name and Save the PDF.
The resulting PDF can be attached to an email, saved, and printed, just like any other PDF created with Mac OS X, while taking advantage of the Big Business option to skip the system Page Setup and Print dialogs for each form being printed.
