Big Business supports the Up and DownArrow Keys on your keyboard on QuickSearch results Lists.
For example, to open a Customer Card without using your mouse, you might:
1. Type Command-T to switch to the Customer toolbar (repeat as needed)
2. Type Command-F2 to select the Customer QuickSearch
3. Type Return to click the All button (to type part of a name first)
4. Press the Down Arrow key to move down a row (repeat as needed)
5. Type Command-O to Open the highlighted entry
