Big Business includes an option, in the form of a “Closed” checkbox, for closing Sales Orders. Sales Orders can also be Deleted by clicking the Delete button. (3022)

When an open Sales Order is canceled, Close it, rather than deleting it. This will update the allocations for the items on the orders and preserve the canceled order for future reference.
To Close a Sales Order:
1. Open the Sales Order.
2. Click the Closed checkbox.
3. Click Continue to Close the Sales Order.
