Name:
LaserJet Prints Black Boxes Where Text Should Appear
Description:
If your HP LaserJet is setup to use Vector Graphics instead of Raster Graphics, Big Business forms will print out with text boxes or fields that are entirely filled with black.
This is different than Inverted, or Inverse printing where the entire page prints out black and the content, white (e.g. Custom Forms saved without a Page Setup). (3141)

Solution:
To change your HP printer driver from Vector to Raster Graphics:
1. Open the Printers Control Panel folder (Start Menu>Settings>Printers)
2. Right mouse click on your Default Printer (LaserJet) and select Properties
3. Go to the Graphics Tab (or find the graphics settings--in some cases they are hidden behind automatic graphics settings or under Details).
4. Select Raster Graphics
5. Click OK to save changes
Keep in mind that you may change this setting while using another application, in which case it will need to be reset.
