User Name on Server
Big Business Server lists Connected Users using the name of the computer or logged in user. This information can help diagnose a problem workstation and lets you see who is connected before shutting down BB Server.
If two or more workstations have the same name, they may be indistinguishable. This Solution provides a list of where to set the Name of the workstation so it appears on Big Business Server. (5795)
In Mac OS 9 and earlier, the name comes from the Owner Name field in the File Sharing Control Panel.
In Windows, the name comes from the Computer Name field on the Identification tab of the Network Control Panel.
On Mac OS X, the name come from the User's Short Name as defined in the Accounts Control Panel.
Using Terminal Services or NetBoot, setting individual names may not be possible.
