.Big Business 7 adds Last Month Qty and Last 12 Months Qty to the Item History. The new entries appear under the existing MTD Qty and YTD Qty and differ in their calculation to add a broader perspective on sales trends.
Here is how of each of these entries is calculated:
• MTD Qty is net units on Invoices posted in the current month
• YTD Qty is net units on Invoices posted in the current fiscal year.
• Last Month Qty is net units on Invoices posted in the prior calendar month
• Last 12 Months Qty is net units on Invoices posted in the 12 prior calendar months
