Quote Search for Converted
Big Business 7 adds Converted to the Quote Search. This Solution describes using this entry to find quotes that have not been converted to Sales Orders or Invoices. (6139)
The Quote QuickSearch lets you find Quotes, or narrow any Quote Report to just those Quotes, that match your criteria, such as Customer, Salesperson, or Expiration Date (pictured).
Converted (pictured) is a new criterion that lets you find Quotes that have, or have not, been Converted into Sales Orders or Invoices.
For example, the pictured search finds all Quotes with an Expiration Date in the current month that have not been Converted. Since Big Business allows you to convert a Quote to a Sales Order or directly to an Invoice, it will search both and find only those Quotes that have not been converted to either a Sales Order or an Invoice.
