Item Commission Type
Big Business 8 adds Item Commission Type. Item Commission Type is included in Exports of Detail reports along with Item Commission %, Paid Amount, and Paid Date, making it easy to calculate:
• Spiffs - where a spiff applies to specific items
• Complex Commissions - where commission percent is varying, protected, privileged, graduated, or insufficient.
• Bonuses - where a bonus applies to select items and their Qty, Price, or Paid amounts.

• on the History tab of the Item Card
• on the Item Search
• on the Export from the Item Search
• on the QuickChange in the Item QuickSearch
• on Item and Update Item Imports
• on the Export of the Report, Item Commissions on Paid Invoices (Detail)
• on the Export of the Report, Item Commissions on Paid and Unpaid Invoices (Detail)
Summary reports for Item Commissions summarize by Invoice and do not include Item Commission Type (more than one may apply). Paid Date is also included in Exports of the Detail reports and is the date of the last payment in the report date range.
