BigBusiness 16 will add more ways to connect to more things. Services are operations in BigBusiness that connect to online tools, automate lookups, perform backups, send messages. If you sell nationwide, you may need sales tax lookups. If you sell online, you might need customers, orders, and/or inventory updated in real time. Not a problem. Whatever you are doing repetitiously, somewhat tediously, oft erroneously, can be taken on by a Service— Turn on, tune in, drop out.

AI will show up in many places—in your computer, your apps, and your services you rely on.

BigBusiness 16 will be getting better at identifying exceptions—things it might show an Alert for— and letting you choose presets for how to handle. Auto-import already handles mismatches to complete Orders as accurately as possible. Auto-invoicing—when your shipping posts Tracking—will put more options, more exceptions, more control, in your hands. Sames goes for Auto-complete a purchase order, Auto-build a kit, Auto-Send an email. And so forth, and so on. And so easy.
