Automatic lets you set automatic actions that can execute in response to other events.

Automatic appears as a Tab starting on the Customer card with Printing Preferences.

For example, Auto-Charge can apply the Freight Rate to automatically charge freight.

Automatic Actions allow you to select automations that a customer or an item can use.

If you are accessing customers for customer service you may not need to auto-invoice, edit their forms, or make other changes to automatic actions that help with fulfillment.

If you do, contact your system adminstrator to give you access by clicking Automatic Access on your Employee card. This change will take effect when you sign in again.

Automatic tab lets you see automatic actions that are set for a Customer, for example.

Show Automatic Tab is an access setting Employee card that enables Automatic Tab.

Automatic Access is an access privilege set on Employee card or as part of All Access.

Automatic Printing lets you assign printing defaults for a customer for transactions.

For example, a customer may want an emailed invoice only and you can preselect this.
