Order Auto-Invoice
Order Auto-Invoice is a custom setting that allows Big Business to automatically invoice orders that are Shipped. Choose this setting in advance, or after Shipped.
Freight
Freight is a deep customization that adds Freight Terms thereby replacing Department.
Choose Freight for Department Prefs to apply throughout, starting in Customer Prefs. Then in Customer Prefs, set Default Freight and Edit some of the entries to add Terms.
Freight will then help automate Charges and Costs for freight and applying the Terms. For example if Shipping Connect returns charges, "Free" Freight might replace with $0.
Freight Costs
Freight Costs help you report your actual shipping costs from your shipping system.
One option lets it read Comments where Published and Negotiated Rates are included.
Freight Terms
Freight Terms lets you add Settings for Freight to set Cost and Charges automatically.
If you offer free shipping or Prepaid freight, you may want to capture shipping Costs. You may also want to zero Charges that were estimated before free theshold was met.
If you offer Prepaid and Add you may want Costs and to apply a formula for Charges.
