MyStart My Data
My Data is a choice in the MyStart dialog that offers to install and open a Demo File.
Click, My Data, to open your own Data File from a previous version or installation. Your Data File contains all your company data, documents, and settings from before.
Your Data File has a .4DD Extension, which you can search for. If you find more that one is the largest one--the most recently modified one--that you want to copy or open.
Format Qty
Format Qty lets you set the display of Qty on-screen and on printouts for accuracy.
For example, you might want whole numbers without decimal places you do not need. OTOH, you might sell items priced per 1000 and need three decimals to always show.
In the Company card in the Format tool you can choose Display Format for Quantity. There a number sign is an optional character (##,###,##0.##) and a zero always shows.
Chapter 511 Format
Format defines the presentation of data, like numbers with decimals, to be presentable.
Prices, for example, are displayed using two decimal places such as 1.00 for one dollar. This can be changed in the Format Numbers tool in the Company card in Big Business.

Images Transform
Images Transform automatically resizes too-small pictures for showing on Item card.
Pictures Forms
Pictures Forms are Custom Forms templates for Quotes, PO's, Invoices with Images.
Images are right-sized copies of pictures for high-speed, high-quality uses like printing. Big Business automatically creates and stores images for fast access in every situation.
To print, go to Reporting, Forms, New and choose a template like Quote with Images. Click the close button and name and save your form and it is ready to print a Quote.
