Consolidated Financials


Big Business is designed to track a single company's information. Within one company, you may have Departments as separate profit centers, generating Departmental Profit and Loss Statements. There is no provision for automatically combining information from multiple Company files to create Consolidated Financials. There is, however, the ability to export every report to a spreadsheet, where they can be combined manually.

From the Report tool select a Report, then click the Save To Disk button. Open the exported text file from Excel or another spreadsheet.

Repeat the operation above for additional data files, then combine the results.
