Google Account 2-Step Verification
Using Gmail through Google Workplace, the administrator can Allow Users to turn on 2-Step Verification. This is done in the Google Admin controls under Security. It is easiest to go to admin.google.com, sign in, then search for 2-Step Verification.
Once this setting is enabled, users can use Manage Your Google Account to turn on 2-Step Verification and set up an App Password for Big Business to use to send email.
