PO Prefix
PO Prefix helps identify the customer for an imported PO by matching coded prefixes.
In Folder Settings enter a number, like 5, of characters for the prefix to use for matches.
PO Prefix is used when multiple customers or no customer is found and the PO Prefix is not entirely numbers but contains a code that the customer uses to separate entities.
