If you write an invoice on Terms there is a Customer Balance that needs to be changed. And there are Accounts and Items and perhaps an Order that need to be changed, asap.
BigBusiness queues changes to handle them transactionally, sequentially, and speedily. The goal is an articulate process that keeps up to the minute accounting and inventory.
